years of seasoned experience and evidence-based perspectives<\/li>\n<li>Recognizes you as unique and therefore customizes to meet your purpose and goals<\/li>\n<li>Focuses on ensuring the coaching is a match for your needs and goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coaching Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can expect Top Notch Coaching, LLC to listen to you carefully and facilitate the self-directed\u00a0change that will sustain the individual or organizational goals you\u00a0desire.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We utilize a\u00a0 process that is solution-focused and geared to helping you navigate the challenges and opportunities you have or will encounter as you move towards your goals.\u00a0 Our coaching process is customized for you and begins with a <strong>free assessment<\/strong> to ensure that our coaching will be a match for your needs and goals.\u00a0 Once a match is made, a coaching agreement is prepared identifying the expectations of the coaching engagement.\u00a0 We then meet with you to:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 Begin a <strong>meaningful relationship<\/strong> that will become the basis for the coaching.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Understand <strong>your landscape<\/strong> in more depth.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 Conduct interviews and assessments to <strong>gather useful<\/strong> <strong>information<\/strong> for the coaching engagement.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 Conduct <strong>one on one<\/strong> sessions with you.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 Work with you to develop measurable<strong>, solution-focused<\/strong> <strong>action plans<\/strong> addressing the needs and goals identified for the engagement.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0 Follow up to ensure <strong>actions are working<\/strong> and make the adjustment as necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Initial Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An initial assessment, at no charge to the potential client, is held and begins by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtaining information that assists the coach and the potential client in understanding the client\u2019s needs, goals and expectations<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the role of the client<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the role of the coach<\/li>\n<li>Understanding\u00a0 what coaching is not<\/li>\n<li>Seeing if a match exists, then a coaching agreement is
